Daytona Beach Bandshell

Bandshls.jpg (47605 bytes)Built by the Works Progress Administration in 1938, this unique oceanfront amphitheater is composed of entirely of coquina rock, quarried from the Atlantic Ocean in neighboring Flagler County. As part of the Daytona Beach Boardwalk, the Bandshell is a location for a variety of free concerts sponsored by Friends of the Bandshell.
